Case study and production of made-to-measure antenna brackets
Our client, the KOARIO company, a telecommunications equipment supplier based in Alixan city (France) contacted us to benefit from our expertise in the following fields :

– the production of 12 antenna brackets;
– a study to be provided to their customer prior to installation.

Various technical discussions took place with our customer to determine exactly what their requirements were.

We imagined the appropriate support for this application and then carried out a complete study to check the stresses: those due to the weight of the antennas and those due to the effects of the wind on the loaded structure.

Once the plan and study had been validated by the customer, we produced and delivered the 12 galvanised steel units to Alixan, which took around 4 weeks to complete.

Masts for surveillance video : study and manufacturing for Le Thor city (France)

Specificity : mixt EP-VS 8 meters

The specificity was to provide continuity with the lighting masts previously deployed by the city. TECHNIMAST poles were manufactured for an optimal cameras stability. They integrated at their top the lanterns chosen by the city.
